Murat Pınar, CEO of Enerjisa Enerji, will hand over his responsibilities to Oğuzhan Özsürekci, General Manager of Enerjisa Distribution Companies, effective 1 August 2026.
As of 1 August 2026, Oğuzhan Özsürekci will assume the role of CEO of Enerjisa Enerji while continuing to serve as Acting General Manager of Enerjisa Distribution Companies until further notice.
Murat Pınar has been appointed Head of Strategic Investments at Sabancı Holding. In addition to his new responsibilities within the Group, he will continue to serve as a Board Member of Enerjisa Enerji and Enerjisa Üretim.

About Oğuzhan Özsürekci:
Oğuzhan Özsürekci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gazi University.
He began his professional career at Barmek Holding in 2002 and joined Başkent Electricity Distribution Inc. As an engineer in 2003. Between 2003 and 2013, he held various managerial positions within the company. From 2013 to 2019, he served respectively as Customer Operations Director and Field Operations Director. In November 2019, he was appointed Group Director of Field Operations at Enerjisa Distribution Companies.
Since 2022, Özsürekci has served as General Manager of Enerjisa Distribution Companies, leading a workforce of approximately 11,000 employees delivering reliable and uninterrupted electricity distribution services to more than 21 million people across 14 provinces in Türkiye.
Effective 1 August 2026, Oğuzhan Özsürekci will assume the position of CEO of Enerjisa Enerji.
