Dr. Philipp Ulbrich, CFO of Enerjisa Enerji, will hand over his responsibilities to Joanna Kępczyńska, Board Member and CFO of E.ON Poland, effective 1 November 2026
As of 1 November 2026, Joanna Kępczyńska will assume the role of CFO of Enerjisa Enerji.
Philipp Ulbrich has served as Enerjisa Enerji’s CFO since June 2023. He will take on the role of Global Business Services Module Lead within the E.ON Group.
Commenting on the leadership transition, İhsan Erbil Bayçöl, Enerjisa Enerji Chairman, said: “Philipp has made a significant contribution to Enerjisa Enerji’s financial management and transformation over the past three years. His leadership has helped strengthen the company as we entered a new regulatory period and continued to invest in Türkiye’s energy infrastructure. About Joanna Kępczyńska:
Joanna Kępczyńska holds an MBA from Warsaw University of Technology and the London School of Economics, and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied economics at the University of Tübingen in Germany and pursued further studies through the Polish-German Academic Forum in Warsaw and Mainz.
Kępczyńska has 30 years of experience in finance, including 23 years in managerial roles. Throughout her career, she has held various senior finance and controlling positions within E.ON and RWE organizations in Poland and Germany, working at companies including RWE Polska, RWE Generation, RWE Vertrieb and E.ON Foton.
Since 2016, Kępczyńska has served as Board Member and CFO of E.ON Polska, with responsibility for the financial management of its businesses in energy sales, distribution, energy solutions and heating.
Effective 1 November 2026, Joanna Kępczyńska will assume the position of CFO of Enerjisa Enerji.
